Corn Syrup

So are you guys excited about H answering all your questions? I hope so. I am a little afraid of what his answers will be, but I told him that I would not censor him like I did/tried to do last time, so be afraid. And please feel free to leave more questions.

Sarah [scroll down] wants to see pictures of me as a little kid, but I think they are all at my mom's house. Here is one picture. I am the older, blonder sister in this photo. I don't think I look like that anymore, but I do think my sister still looks like kind of the same. Except with less baby fat and more hair. When I was a baby, I had just a little bit of (bright red) hair. My mom used to stick bows to my head so that people could tell I was a girl. I asked her one time how she got the bows to stick. The answer was CORN SYRUP.

You don't think you look like that anymore? I can totally see it. I am currently trying to find pictures from the awkward years. yes!

I was bald until age 2, but I don't think my mom broke out the corn syrup to establish my gender identity!

Corn syrup? Awesome. I was completely bald, as well, but I think my mom just dressed me in pink and hoped for the best. I don't feel any lingering gender identity issues, so I think it turned out okay.

Well, at least corn syrup is good for something! I have a friend who is constantly ranting about the evils of that stuff and about how hard it is to find food that doesn't contain it.

I was a bald baby. In one portrait, my mother pulled the three strands of hair I had and clipped it into a barette. I don't know how it stuck onto my receding hairline, but now that I think of it, it did look sticky.
